Online Masses:

We will be live streaming Mass live from our Church every Sunday. Please CLICK HERE to go to the live stream.

The team at The Church of the Immaculate Conception at Farm Street have set-up a live stream. The daily schedule includes: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament 12:30 – 1pm, and Mass at 6pm. You can view both by clicking here.

There is also a special Liturgy for you to use at home when Mass cannot be celebrated publicly (from the Catholic Bishops)

Here are just a few possible resources to help you with daily prayer, especially during these exceptional times


Just a few suggestions for spiritual nourishment during Lent


It is so important for our young families to grow together in faith through prayer and activity.  Here are a few useful ideas:

General Christian Bible resources:

  1. The Bible Project. Online resources and excellent ‘cartoon’ illustrations giving main themes and summary of each book or section of the Bible. Usually about 8-12 minutes.  Also on YouTube
  2. The Bible Society. Resources for searching and understanding. Also access to Bible Course (cost about £15) and free small-group discussion resources and personal daily devotionals called “Lyfe”
  3. Bible Gateway Search and explore the Bible
  4. YouVersion Bible app for smartphones, tablets and online. Free access to many different versions, translations and languages, including plans, notes, highlights…


Specifically applying to the Catholic version or approach:

  1. Catholic Study Bible app for Apple, Android and Kindle Fire devices (Bible free, additional content for small price in-app)
  2. Universalis online and app. Daily Mass readings, Liturgy of the Hours, etc. – free online, small charge for app
  3. Laudate app for iPhone and Android. Daily Mass readings, Liturgy of the Hours, prayers, rosary, lots of other resources – Free
  4. Liturgy Office website, Scripture section. Use of Scripture in the Liturgy, Vatican documents about the importance of Scripture in revelation, Catholic approaches, etc.
  5. Weekly Webinar from Portsmouth Diocese. Live interactive webcast every Wednesday evening 7-8pm exploring the Gospel reading for the coming Sunday
  6. Pray As You Go online and app. Audio reflections on daily Gospel reading (about 10 mins)
